These Terms of Service govern the use of Inkcredible Print’s website and printing services. By accessing our website or confirming a booking with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Scope of Services
Inkcredible Print provides custom wall printing solutions using either customer-provided artwork or designs created by our team.
We reserve the right to reject any order, design, or project that we believe contains unlawful, offensive, inappropriate, or copyright-protected material without permission.
3. Quotes, Deposits & Payment Terms
A booking is only confirmed once the required deposit has been received.
Standard deposits begin at 30% of the total project value.
Remaining balances must be settled no later than 3 business days before the scheduled installation date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, debit/credit card, and other approved payment options.
Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation, postponement, or suspension of the project.
4. Cancellations & Appointment Changes
Cancellation requests submitted more than 7 days before the scheduled installation may qualify for a partial refund of the deposit, less any incurred administrative or design costs.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the booking date may result in loss of the deposit.
Any request to move or reschedule an appointment must be agreed and confirmed in writing and will depend on availability.
5. Customer Obligations
To ensure the best possible print quality, customers are responsible for:
Making sure surfaces are dry, smooth, stable, and suitable for printing
Providing accurate dimensions and installation details
Obtaining any permissions or approvals required before work begins
Informing us in advance of any site restrictions, access limitations, or obstacles
Inkcredible Print cannot accept responsibility for issues caused by unsuitable wall conditions or incorrect information supplied before installation.
6. Surface & Printing Conditions
Although we aim to maximise print coverage, small margins or inaccessible areas may remain due to equipment tolerances or physical site limitations.
Please be aware that:
Surface texture and wall condition can affect final print appearance
Uneven walls may impact alignment or image sharpness
Colour appearance may vary slightly between screen proofs and printed results
7. Guarantee & Aftercare
We provide a 12-month installation workmanship warranty covering manufacturing or application defects under normal indoor use.
This guarantee excludes damage caused by:
Damp, leaks, or excessive humidity
Heat exposure or direct environmental damage
Accidental impact or vandalism
Improper cleaning or misuse
For best results, printed walls should not be cleaned, scrubbed, or washed for at least 10 days after installation.
8. Copyright & Usage Rights
All content featured on our website, including branding, visuals, text, and graphics, belongs to Inkcredible Print or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
Customers retain ownership of artwork they supply. However, by submitting artwork to us, you grant Inkcredible Print permission to use it for production, project completion, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed beforehand.
9. Limitation of Responsibility
Inkcredible Print will not be held liable for indirect losses, business interruption, consequential damages, or unforeseen costs related to our services.
In all cases, our maximum liability shall be limited to the total amount paid for the specific project or service provided.
We are also not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including equipment breakdowns, supplier delays, transport disruption, or adverse weather conditions.
10. Data & Privacy
Any personal information provided to Inkcredible Print will be handled in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection laws.
By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of your information where necessary.
11. Updates to These Terms
We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. Any updates will become effective once published on our website.
Continued use of our services following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes or legal proceedings arising from the use of our services shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
