What surfaces can we print on?

Inkcredible Print can print directly onto a variety of surfaces, including plaster, wood, glass, tile, brick, and painted walls. Although our technology is highly versatile, smooth and well-prepared surfaces typically deliver the highest level of detail and colour accuracy. As part of our service, we provide a complimentary surface assessment to ensure your wall is suitable for printing and to achieve the best possible outcome.

How long does a typical job take?

The majority of prints are completed within a few hours, although larger or more intricate designs may take longer. We allow approximately 40 minutes to print 1 m². We also allow approximately 1 hour for the assembly and disassembly of our printing equipment, ensuring everything is installed and removed safely and efficiently.

How much does it cost?

Every wall printing project is unique, so pricing is based on factors such as print size, design complexity, wall condition, and installation location. Is the ink safe and eco-friendly?

We use environmentally friendly UV-cured inks that are low-odour, fast-drying, and safe for use in indoor/outdoor environments. This makes them ideal for homes, schools, nurseries, healthcare facilities, offices, and other public spaces. Our inks are also highly durable, offering excellent resistance to fading and wear, ensuring your printed design remains vibrant and impactful for years to come.

Do i use my own artwork or do you offer design services?

Absolutely. You can supply your own high-resolution artwork, logos, or photos, and we'll advise on the best format, resolution, and sizing to ensure excellent print quality.

We also offer a custom design service. Our team can create artwork from your ideas or adapt and enhance your existing designs to make them print-ready. Please note that custom design work is a chargeable service, with costs depending on the complexity of the project.

Can i request multiple print designs in one project?

Yes, absolutely. We can print multiple designs within a single project and complete them during one installation visit. Whether you're looking for themed rooms, feature walls with different artwork, or varied branding across office spaces, our team will coordinate all designs to ensure a consistent, professional finish while maximising efficiency throughout the installation process.

Do i need to prepare the space before you arrive or move furniture?

Yes, we ask that the area directly in front of the wall to be printed is cleared before our arrival to allow the printer unobstructed access. We also request that the surface is clean, flat, and dry.

Our team will take care of final surface preparation, equipment setup, and all printing preparations. Your assistance in ensuring the workspace is clear helps us work safely, efficiently, and achieve the best possible results. If larger or heavier items need to be moved, we can provide assistance where required.

Can i remove the print or change it?

Yes, printed wall murals can be removed or covered by repainting the wall. If you decide to update the design in the future, a new print can also be applied over a suitably prepared surface.

If you anticipate wanting a temporary or interchangeable design, we can offer alternative solutions, such as printing onto mounted panels, which can be easily replaced or updated as needed.

Can you print from edge to edge ceiling to floor?

Due to the structure and operating requirements of the wall printer, it is not usually possible to print completely edge to edge. A small margin of approximately 25–30cm is typically required around the edges of walls, ceilings, corners, skirting boards, and other obstructions to ensure optimal print quality and reliable operation.

During the design stage, we will work closely with you to incorporate these margins into the artwork layout, ensuring the finished result remains visually striking, balanced, and professional.

Do you offer design mockups before printing?

Yes, we provide digital mockups before printing so you can visualise how the finished design will look on your wall. We can also make revisions based on your feedback to ensure the artwork meets your expectations and complements the space perfectly.

Are you prints water-resistant?

Yes, the UV inks we use are highly durable and resistant to light surface scratches and moisture. This makes them suitable for most indoor environments and everyday use.

However, the prints are not fully waterproof and should not be exposed to direct running water or prolonged high-humidity conditions without additional protection. For Outdoor prints, bathrooms, wet areas, or other challenging environments, we can advise on suitable sealing and protective coating options
